Onslaught VS Onslaught(er)

This is old, but this is a video from the dove campaign Onslaught by Ogilvy and Matherly featuring a young girl bombarded with advertising. The tagline "talk to your daughter before the beauty industry does" emphasizes the negative effects the beauty industry can have on young girls.
I think it's a great spot, but the response to the video by Greenpeace is what I find more interesting. Dove: onslaught(er). A video featuring a young native girl who's environment is being destroyed to produce palm oil for Dove's products. The tagline "Talk to dove before it's too late"
The campaign was successful in convincing unilever to impose a moratorium on the deforestation of palm oil plantations.
Advertising for the right reasons.
